Ticket sales have started via the MFF and Paradox websites for the film screening + concert by jazz drummer Sun-Mi Hong and her quintet on Friday 19 September. The film by director Dion Bierdrager about the life and work of Sun-Mi Hong can be seen from 19:00. He followed her on tour and during her visit to her family in Seoul (Korea). The life of a musician, bandleader and teacher at the conservatory in Rotterdam. Sun-Mi Hong and Dion Bierdrager will be interviewed after the film by fellow jazz drummer Joost Patocka. This will be followed by an evening-filling concert by the Sun-Mi Hong Quintet.
