First film of the Music Film Festival 2024 has been announced! An intimate look into the 67-year-old, dancing, wandering and compulsive head of none other than Arno Hintjes!
‘Arno – Dancing Inside My Head’. The film by Belgian director Pascal Poissonnier is one of the few films about our southern neighbors’ most famous rocker. Arno Hintjes died two years ago. This film shows a portrait of an Arno with all his sublime and admirable sides, but also as a flesh-and-blood human being, with many doubts and fears like we all have.
For the first time in more than 40 years of career, Arno Hintjens allowed a filmmaker to portray his creative process. He is followed during the recording of his latest album “Human Incognito,” and on tour throughout Europe, the U.S. and Japan.
